I am a recent graduate of the Masters of Real Estate Development program at Columbia University's prestigious Graduate School for Architecture Planning and Preservation. This education was the ideal way to synthesize a diverse professional background of peripherally contributing to high-profile developments, acquire the financial modeling skills, and transition to the ownership side. I look forward to bringing a fresh and holistic perspective to the development industry.
Prior to pursuing advanced studies at Columbia, I was the 3D Director at The Seventh Art, a creative agency specializing in the branding and marketing of luxury residential and hospitality projects in NYC and around the world. I provided creative direction, project management, and oversaw both internal teams of 3D Artists and Designers and external consultants towards the creation of marketing renderings and multi-million dollar sales galleries.
Before moving to New York, I had the privilege of working with some of the best architects and developers in the industry as a design architect at Pickard Chilton Architects in New Haven, CT. At this design firm I contributed to the design of several iconic high-rise office towers and corporate campuses across the United States.
For a brief stint, I synthesized my passions for design and entrepreneurship in the creation of Parallel Projections, a facilitator of global ideas competitions and advocate for design as a catalyst for positive change; socially, culturally, and economically. We inspired designers from several disciplines around the world and stimulated both academic and professional discourse around the built environment. Our inaugural competition, Reanimate The Ruins, received nearly 300 submissions from 28 different countries.
