This project brings modern luxury to a historic, land-marked base in Manhattan’s Flatiron district.
The renderings and illustrations for this project were completed under my creative direction as part of a comprehensive branding campaign done by The Seventh Art. The full branding campaign can be seen here.
The developer for this project is CLI Investments who hired Rogers Architects to design the core and shell, and Groves and Co. to design all interiors.
